Role:

As the Director of Programs, you're not just curating events; you're crafting transformative experiences. The linchpin of our vision is our "Only at Boulevard" experiences and a robust curriculum that becomes the hallmark of Boulevard's legacy. In this pivotal role, you will sculpt unique learning narratives, curate transformative content, and imprint unforgettable experiences onto Boulevard’s canvas. This position is essential in designing content, curating curriculum, and sculpting distinctive learning experiences that define Boulevard's identity and legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership:

  • Design a dynamic curriculum tailored to Boulevard Scholars, ensuring it remains cutting-edge, relevant, and profoundly impactful.

Signature Experiences: 

  • Pioneer and roll out distinctive "Only at Boulevard" events that not only reinforce our brand identity but become the gold standard in industry experiences.

Collaborative Content Design: 

  • Work hand-in-glove with internal and external stakeholders, translating their expertise into compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Event Mastery: 

  • Elevate every event from mere gatherings to memorable moments, weaving the unique Boulevard touch into each one.

Continuous Refinement: 

  • Actively seek, absorb, and implement feedback to keep our programming consistently unparalleled.

Operational Excellence: 

  • Oversee all facets of programming, from logistics and budgeting to flawless execution.

Trendspotting: 

  • Stay attuned to emerging trends that will make teh BLVD experience for scholars, mentors, and companies truly unique.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program development, curriculum design, or event management.

  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and learning experiences.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • An innovative thinker with a knack for creating unique experiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with the DMV region's educational, cultural, and corporate nuances.

  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.
