What is Boulevard?

Boulevard connects students with successful professionals from around the country through a secure mentoring operating system designed to equip students for their future, all in just 3-5 minutes per day or less, and all through their mobile device.

Boulevard won’t distract students from school. It will help them map out their career path and gain insights into the world of work. Boulevard is also free to schools and students thanks to generous support from our partners.

BECOMING MENTOR-READY

Boulevard mentees in their first year of the program will participate in several weeks of training to prepare them to build a meaningful relationship with their mentors. Mentees are required to complete the following activities on a consistent weekly basis in order to be eligible to be matched with a mentor:

  • Log-in to the Boulevard app 4+ times per week

  • Complete weekly challenges or prompts

  • Attend 1+ live event per month

These activities are designed to help mentees develop their communication and relationship-building skills, as well as identify their goals for the program.  

DAILY OR WEEKLY IN-APP CONTENT

Boulevard mentees interact with daily learning content in the Boulevard app centered around life, college, and career skills. The in-app content consists of inspiring videos of role models, career & industry professionals, motivational quotes, and challenges. 

Networking, goal-setting, self-care, interview skills, resume writing, character strengths, and finances are all topics covered in the program.

The content serves as the backbone for synchronous and asynchronous communication between mentees and their mentor team as mentees explore their own interests and the world of work.

OUR MENTORS

Boulevard mentors aren’t ordinary mentors; they are celebrities, leaders of Fortune 500 companies, and highly successful professionals in their fields, including Business, Healthcare, Technology, Government, Finance, Education, Nonprofit, Law, and more. 

Boulevard mentors are caring, supportive, and are eager to share their experience and professional networks with Boulevard mentees. All mentors are nominated to join the Boulevard network based on their professional accomplishments and complete a federal & state background check, screening, and training before being accepted into our exclusive network of VIP mentors.

OUR MENTEES

Boulevard mentees are talented high school students who log-in to the Boulevard app every day to learn new skills and connect with their mentor team. 

Students don’t need a 4.0 GPA to be a Boulevard mentee, they just need the desire and motivation to learn and grow alongside their Boulevard peers and mentor team.
