Rob Lake is an experienced entrepreneur, board member and academic leader with a clear focus on the intersection of future work and education. He has dedicated his life to helping others, especially young people, maximize their personal and professional potential. In 2018, he co-founded The Five Network, a precursor to what would become Boulevard. As the Co-Founder and CEO, Rob leads efforts to use Boulevard's technology and extraordinary network to connect companies with the best diverse talent. The primary goal is straightforward but vital: diversify the workforce and reduce the opportunity gap.

Before launching Boulevard, Rob's career included leadership roles at institutions like Collingwood School and Head-Royce School. His professional background also spans advertising and finance, providing him with a varied perspective.

Academically, Rob has an MALS in English and History from Dartmouth, a BA in Literature from Williams College, and an AI specialization from M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management. These qualifications support his role at Boulevard, where he continues to push the company toward its mission of creating a more inclusive and accessible professional landscape.
